To Obtain A Replacement Card
Beginning 1/1/2019 cards are provided electronically via the American Heart web site we can not print you a new card.
You must go back to the American Heart web site, log in, answer the security questions you set up when you claimed your original card and then you are able to reprint your card.

If you recently took a class and didn’t see the email to claim your e-card… call your instructor for help.
